The valuation guideline (WertR 2006) offers a basis for the determination by market values and rights and loads property-referred by by the panels of experts. Basis are the forms for valuation, which are in the plant of the guidelines. They are to be considered, if they were arranged. In addition they contain of principles of the compensation for expropriation.

The plants contain among other things

• the rationing cost catalog
• average total service life of the different building types
• Reproducer tables
• the pattern for the determination of the gross [[surface area]]
• the normal manufacturing costs NHK 2000
• Tables for the computation of the age depreciation, discounting factors
• Writing-off divisors
• Conversion coefficient (GFZ: GFZ)
• the shortened dying board 1998/2000
• Computation references within the range of the hereditary building law and of grundbuchlichen loads.
