The supply interest (also holding ready interest or interest called during the construction period) develops, if in connection with a financing by borrowing, usually real estate financing of the money lenders put a loan to the borrower (debtor) at the disposal and these parts yet did not take up. The supply interest amounts to i.d.R. 3% per annum and/or 0.25% monthly. The period, starting from when supply interest will result in the credit agreement held.
