A model capital market fulfills the Spanning condition exactly then,
- if any introduction of a certain financing title and/or financing model in the model capital market does not make new available products possible,
- (thus in the language of the management economics:) if the quantity of available acquisitionable consumer positions does not experience any extension by arbitrary capital budgets.
- thus all kinds were acted already before there by payment stream, which are acted in the model capital market after introduction of a new financing title and/or financing model.
Characteristics
- If a model capital market is complete, then it fulfills also the Spanning condition.
