Rationing costs the expenditures for the current enterprise and maintenance of a real estate are called. With rented real estates there are two different kinds of rationing costs:

  • Reallocation-able rationing costs, which can be placed to the tenant in calculation (e.g. Garbage disposal, road cleaning etc.). They are for the landlord a going through post.
  • Not reallocationable rationing costs, which cannot be charged for to the tenant (e.g. Manager costs, maintenance reserve).
