Outside financing designates the procurement from money and special capital to the covering of the financial requirement of an enterprise or a household from creditor credits, of banks or on financial markets.

The outside financing belongs to the Obergruppe of the external financing. One calls it also financing by borrowing.

Outside financing can be divided further into
