The operating cost regulation (BetrKV) applies in Germany since 1 January 2004. It be based on the regulations "ยง 27 IITH computation regulation as well as the plant of the 3 for IITH computation regulation and replaces these as separate definition of the operating cost. No changes for older leases result.

Changes are:

  • that to the garbage disposal costs also the operating cost of belongs.
  • To the fees for community antenna and cable television belong now also the costs, which develop after copyright for the cable-far transmission.
  • With water and heating costs now calibration costs are reallocationable.
  • Also the costs of laundry mechanisms such as drying or handle plants can be put down now on the tenants.
