The HypZert GmbH is a society for certifying of real estate experts for loan to value ratio determination. The society was created 1996 in Bonn. Since 2001 it has its seat in Berlin.

Task of the HypZert is the personnel certifying according to DIN 45013/ISO 17024. It is one of the first personnel certification bodies, these standards accordingly at the carrier community for accreditation TGA GmbH accredited (range property valuation, Scope loan to value ratio determination).

The HypZert certifies real estate experts and lends the title of "“certified real estate experts for loan to value ratio determinations - certifies by HypZert"” (CIS HypZert).

Since 1996 acknowledgment exists by the Royal institution OF Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition the HypZert leads the quality seal "“Approved by TEGoVA"” of the European combination The European Group OF Valuers' Associations (TEGoVA).
