Credit request

Requesting a credit can take place only in writing, by means of a credit request, which contains the generally following points: Data concerning the person, the legal status and the financial situation of the applicant for the credit, collateral, height and running time of the requested credit, repayment desires, intended purpose of the credit depending upon kind of the requested credit can differ the data necessary in the request strongly.

The applicant insured in the credit request the completeness and correctness of the data and gives i.d.R. his agreement to the information its getting with responsible Schufa or another Wirtschaftsauskunft.Der to credit request is always noncommittal. Only with signing of a credit agreement comes a legally binding contract-hold back-eat.

The credit request forms the basis for the following examination of the creditworthiness and credit-worthiness (soil quality) of the applicant.
