Credit documents are those for the credit grant necessary information and proof for the examination of the credit-worthiness of the applicant as well as the Beleihbarkeit of the pledge object.

The following documents are at least necessary:

• Documents over the personal income and financial circumstances
• Documents over the too beleihende real estate and/or the building project such as layout plan, sales contract, building specification, computation changes of the area, as well as the living and the effective area
• Total cost list, financial programme,
• Calculation of production costs (if the building is not self-used).
• with the lending additionally a copy of the certified by residential property

Also during the credit period credit institutes are obligated to be able to be revealed economical conditions of the applicants for the credit (after German right "§ 18 KWG), if the credit 10% of responsible own capital funds of the granting credit institute or maximally "€ 750.000,-- exceeds. Even with smaller credit heights, credit institutes economical conditions of the applicant for the credit could be already revealed in the sense of a regular management (after German right "§ 25a KWG).
