The Blume formula serves for the real value regulation of a forest or a tree existence using the age value factors. It supplies the age value expressed to unit of value for each to unit area with, e.g. euro per hectare.

The formula reads Ai = (outer - C) * f + C * BF * hectar

Mean

Ai: Real value at the age of the forest stand at the age i (years since inventory reason)
Outer one: Drift value at the age of the activities time of a tree species (distributed inventory of a forest)
C: Culture costs
f: applicable age value factor for tree species, mass achievement of this tree species and tree species age (at the age i)
BF: Bestockungsfaktor [number between 0 and 1]: Comparison of the actual surface supply with that surface supply, which should be present in accordance with a forstlichen yield board, cut with 1,0.
hectar: Surface, expressed in hectares
